Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Version: 1.2

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) sets out our rules on cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, and account withdrawal for services provided by Future Vision Architect (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Before applying for, purchasing, subscribing to, or using any paid service, the user (“User” or “you”) shall review this Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreement or conditions.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid services provided by us, including but not limited to paid Web Reading services, subscriptions, one-time purchases, personal reading services, remote readings, email readings, face-to-face readings, business readings, and other individually provided services.

Certain services may be subject to additional or different cancellation and refund conditions displayed on the relevant service page, application screen, payment screen, individual guidance, or service-specific agreement.

If this Policy conflicts with a service-specific agreement or specific conditions displayed for a particular service, the service-specific agreement or specific conditions shall prevail with respect to that service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If a service is provided as a subscription, you may cancel the subscription through the account page, cancellation page, customer portal, or inquiry method designated by us.

Unless cancellation is completed before the next billing date, the subscription will automatically renew and the next recurring charge may be processed.

Depending on the timing of the cancellation procedure, payment processing status, payment service provider specifications, and other circumstances, it may take some time for cancellation to be reflected.

You are responsible for confirming that the cancellation procedure has been completed. If you have any questions regarding cancellation, please contact us through the Contact page.

3. Effect of Subscription Cancellation

As a general rule, even after cancellation, you may continue using the subscription service until the end of the already-paid usage period. The subscription will not automatically renew thereafter.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant service page, payment screen, or service-specific agreement, cancellation does not result in a prorated refund, partial refund, or refund for the remaining period of the already-paid billing cycle.

If access to a service ends due to account withdrawal, violation of terms, payment failure, chargeback, suspected unauthorized use, or other reasons attributable to the User, fees already paid will not be refunded except where required by law, where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where we separately approve a refund.

4. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, reading services, subscription services, and individually prepared services, fees already paid are generally non-refundable after the service has started, after access has been granted, after digital content has become available, after a reading has been delivered, or after preparation for an individual service has begun.

Refunds may be considered only where required by law, where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, where duplicate charges or clear billing errors are confirmed, or where we separately approve a refund.

Dissatisfaction with reading results, differences from your expectations, changes in your personal circumstances, or the fact that actions taken with reference to the reading results did not lead to the expected outcome do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Paid Web Reading Subscription

The paid Web Reading service is provided as a paid monthly subscription unless otherwise stated.

You shall apply for the paid Web Reading service only after confirming the content, nature, display format, available period, fees, billing cycle, automatic renewal, cancellation method, and other conditions displayed on the relevant service page, application screen, or payment screen.

As a general rule, fees already paid for the paid Web Reading service are non-refundable, except where required by law, where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, where duplicate charges or clear billing errors are confirmed, or where we separately approve a refund.

6. One-Time Purchases and Personal Reading Services

For one-time purchases, personal reading services, remote readings, email readings, face-to-face readings, business readings, or other individually provided services, cancellation and refund conditions may differ depending on the service type, reservation status, preparation status, delivery status, and specific conditions shown at the time of application.

As a general rule, refunds are not available after the service has started, after a reading has been delivered, after digital content has become available, after a scheduled session has been held, or after preparation for an individually arranged service has begun.

If a specific service page, application screen, payment screen, email guidance, or individual agreement contains different cancellation or refund terms, those specific terms shall take precedence.

7. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe that a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or other clear billing error has occurred, please contact us with the relevant payment information through the Contact page.

We will review the case individually and, if a duplicate charge or clear billing error is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include refunding the affected amount.

Refund processing may take time depending on the payment service provider, card issuer, bank, country, currency, and other circumstances.

8. Payment Service Providers

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment service provider designated by us.

Payment processing, refunds, payment failures, disputes, chargebacks, and related procedures may be subject to the terms, specifications, and processing rules of the relevant payment service provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.

We do not directly store complete payment information such as your credit card number.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or suspected to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we may suspend or terminate access to the relevant service or account to the extent reasonably necessary.

If you have questions about a charge, cancellation, or refund, please contact us through the Contact page before initiating a payment dispute so that we can review the matter.

10. Account Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw your account, please proceed from the withdrawal page.

After withdrawal, you will no longer be able to log in with that account, and you may no longer be able to access services, content, histories, or information associated with the account.

Account withdrawal does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the withdrawal process or related guidance expressly states that cancellation is also completed. If you have an active subscription, please review and complete the cancellation procedure before withdrawing your account if necessary.

Account withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, except where required by law, where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where we separately approve a refund.

If you would like to use the service again later, you may be able to register again with the same email address, unless we determine that re-registration is inappropriate due to violation of terms, payment issues, security reasons, or other circumstances.

11. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, postpone, change, or terminate all or part of a service due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, communication failures, failures of payment service providers, operational reasons, security reasons, legal or regulatory requirements, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If we are unable to provide a paid service due to reasons attributable to us, we will review the case individually and respond appropriately, which may include rescheduling, extending access, providing an alternative response, or issuing a refund, depending on the nature of the service and circumstances.

12. Applicable Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws that cannot be limited or waived by agreement.

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Relationship with Other Terms

This Policy applies together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreement or conditions.

For the paid Web Reading service, the Paid Web Reading Service Agreement also applies. If this Policy conflicts with a service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement shall prevail with respect to that service.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy when there is reasonable cause, including changes in laws or regulations, changes in the content of our services, changes in payment service provider specifications, or operational necessity.

When changing this Policy, we will notify Users of the content of the amended Policy and its effective date by posting it on our website or by any other appropriate method.

If you continue to use our services after the effective date of the amended Policy, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Policy.
